Legend of Zelda OoT Water temple creepypasta

it starts with two best friends named Josh and Sam. one day they got board. when they would get board they go to a thrift store to see if they had any cheap classic games they could buy. one day they came across a Nintendo 64 that was in fairly good condition. but they also found a copy of The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. they were really excited, it looked clean and new but it had a old gamestop used sticker on the front of it. so they grabbed the game and the Nintendo 64 and went to the counter. the lady at the register said that the man who owned this game used to work at gamestop and said that someone returned it cause there was something wrong with the music and also mentioned that his son went missing , they bought it anyways .they got the Nintendo 64 set up and put the cartridge in. they started playing it and they took turns on who would take the game for the night. it was Joshes turn to take home the game. when he was playing it he got to the water temple, while he was in the temple there was something wrong with the music. it was the shadow temples theme that was playing instead of the water temples theme. now he was confused but he remembered what the lady had said at the register. so he continued until he got to the mini-boss room where he fought dark link. the fog was red instead of white, and dark links reflection was a some sort of demon. instead of the battle music playing, it was Zelda's lullaby but it was playing slow and silent in a dark tune. when you would clash against dark link, there would be a scream, a silent scream that would slowly echo louder and louder. all of a sudden dark link stopped fighting and a text on the screen said, do you want to fight me? and there was a Yes and No option, so he said Yes, then the screen said ok, and dark link slowly stretched out of the tv and tried to grab Josh. Josh tried to escape but he couldn't. dark link pulled him in and left his body behind. in the morning Sam got a phone call from Josh's Mom and she told him that josh is dead. Sam hung up and started to cry. at the funereal every one left except for Sam. the pastor went up to him and said that there was a note in his room, he thought he would want to have it. so Sam read the note and it said. Josh is not dead, if you want him back then you'll have to beat the water temple and save him. Sam quickly went to Josh's house and grabbed the game and Nintendo 64 and started playing it. now Josh didn't save so he was at the beginning of the water temple. now he was at the mini-boss room where dark link is. instead of the floor being made out of water. it was dry like sand in a desert. and instead of the tree being dead, it was lushful and green. now dark link wasn't there instead was a skeleton underneath the tree. and navi said that this skeleton was once a boy just like your friend, the same thing happened to him but no one rescued him. Sam realized that the skeleton was the boy who went missing. Sam hurried before the same happens to Josh. so he finally got to the boss room and there was josh on a pole tied with bloody chains. now instead of just fighting morpha, he also had to fight dark link at the same time. then there was a text on the screen and it said, if you want your friend you'll have to fight, defeat us before time runs dry, if you succeed your friend will be free, if u fail he'll be like thee (referring to the skeleton that was once a boy) so he fought untill he defeated morpha and dark link. Sam defeated dark link but then dark link said, you will never succeed, Josh will drown and you will weep. so then dark link fell into the water which turned blood red, along with morpha. the water was getting higher, it was a matter of time until Josh drowns. Sam defeated morpha but it was too late. Josh drowned and Sam failed, Sam started to cry weeping that he couldn't save his friend. then he thought, wait i never saved i can just restart and try to save him again. so Sam reached for the power button, then a text on the screen appeared and it said, are you sure you want to do that? then he said outloud, Yes. then the game shut off. so he tried turning it on but it wouldn't turn on. so he pulled the cartridge out and then red water started  flooding out of the game slot. he tried putting the cartridge back in, but too much water was coming out. he tried to escape but there was no way out. at his last breath before he drowned the screen said, Game Over.
